SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Freight charges are as follows to any state in Australia:
Orders are shipped/dispatched within 48hrs. We will fit the wines into the fewest number of cartons possible to keep delivery costs down.
Please leave clear delivery instructions when placing your order, if there will not be anyone home to accept the order. If there isn't anywhere safe to leave your order, the courier will leave a calling card to collect your parcel from your local Post Office.
BREAKAGES & RETURNS
Breakages: Delivery is via Australia Post and rarely is there a problem. However, if there is an issue, we will happily replace the wine for you. Just email info@charnwoodestate.com.au
Returns: Charnwood Estate Wines guarantees the quality of all our products. If you have a valid reason for return of stock, please contact us within 30 days of purchase on info@charnwoodestate.com.au with details. Our customer service team will review any issues on a case by base basis.
